Delivery options
You can choose from the following delivery options:
- Delivery by Czech post - 6 €
- Delivery by Toptrans - 5,2 €
We only deliver to addresses in the Czech Republic. For international delivery send us a quote to info.en@pumpa.eu
Not all of the delivery methods stated above can be provided for all goods, due to differences in size or weight. We reserve the right to change the carrier, especially due to larger dimensions or higher weight of the ordered goods. In case of a change of carrier you will be informed in advance.
Payment options
Payment online through internet banking
Immediate payment through internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway will redirect you to your online banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the already prepared payment order.
After the payment has been completed you will be returned back to the e-shop. Payment is confirmed immediately, we will proceed with the order without delay.

Online payment by card
Online payments are realized for us by ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secure and all information is encrypted.
The fastest way of paying online. You enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC code - the three numbers found in the signature strip on the back of your card, into the ComGate payment gateway interface. Everything is protected with 3D Secure, so you will usually be asked to enter a numeric code that you receive via text message from your bank.
