Delivery options
You can choose from the following delivery options:
- TNT (FedEX) - delivery to address
- Packeta - delivery to address (valid only for goods up to 5 kg)
Not all of the delivery methods stated above can be provided for all goods, due to differences in size or weight. We reserve the right to change the carrier, especially due to larger dimensions or higher weight of the ordered goods. In case of a change of carrier you will be informed in advance.
Indicative transport costs
See below indicative transport costs according to the delivery country. Prices vary according to delivery country and weight of order. Please note that these options may not be valid in all markets. Always check your Cart to see valid options and prices.
PLEASE NOTE THAT the delivery costs in the cart are calculated automatically according to the country of delivery and the calculation does not take into account possible cost increases for remote or less accessible delivery locations such as islands, etc. In case of delivery to such locations, the delivery costs are likely to be higher than the costs calculated in the cart and specified in the Purchase Contract. If this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be informed without undue delay in such cases and and we would offer you new order with transport costs calculated for your exact delivery address.

Payment options
Online payment by card
Online payments are realized for us by ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secure and all information is encrypted.
The fastest way of paying online. You enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC code - the three numbers found in the signature strip on the back of your card, into the ComGate payment gateway interface. Everything is protected with 3D Secure, so you will usually be asked to enter a numeric code that you receive via text message from your bank.
