Withdrawal from the purchase contract
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, return the goods to us and we will refund your money.
How to proceed in case of return?
1) Complete and send us (no later than 14 days after you receive the goods) a withdrawal form. Ideally use the online form below on the website. After submitting it, you will receive an email confirming that the form has been sent. You can also use, for example, the downloadable sample form below.
2) Send the goods to the address U Svitavy 1, 618 00 Brno, or deliver the goods in person to a branch in Brno or Prague. Attach the completed form or a printed e-mail with a confirmation of the online form or attach at least your name, document number and contact details to the package (if you do not attach these details to the package, the identification of the goods will take longer and the processing of the withdrawal will be slightly longer). You bear the costs of returning the goods. Please do not send goods by cash on delivery method. Return the goods including any accessories supplied and pack them in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.
3) Within 14 days after we receive the goods or after you prove to us that you sent the goods, the money will be returned to you. Please note that if the goods are damaged, incomplete or the value of the goods is reduced because they have been handled other than necessary to familiarise you with the goods, we have the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
