Product description

Pressure vessels are designed for water supply systems, domestic waterworks, and maintaining constant pressure in water distribution networks. They are fully compatible with both surface-mounted and submersible pumps when pumping water from dug wells, boreholes, and retention tanks. They are ideally suited for family homes, cottages, and irrigation systems. Large-capacity models are intended for industrial facilities, agricultural applications, and apartment buildings with high water supply demands.

Applications

  • Water supply systems: suitable for a wide range of facilities, from recreational properties to industrial buildings.
  • Domestic waterworks in combination with surface-mounted and submersible pumps.
  • Maintaining constant pressure within water distribution systems.
  • Pumping water from dug wells, deep boreholes, and retention tanks.
  • Agriculture and irrigation: ideal for irrigation systems in gardens, orchards, and agricultural land.

How It Works

The vessel functions as a pressurized water reservoir, reducing the frequency of pump start-ups and extending pump service life. During water consumption, water is supplied from the vessel until the pressure drops to the cut-in level, significantly reducing the number of pump starts.

Who It Is Suitable For

Capacity 24–50 l: Compact solution for recreational use

  • Owners of recreational properties (cottages and holiday homes) who need a water distribution system for basic household needs or stable pressure for several garden sprinklers.

Capacity 80–100 l: The most common choice for standard family homes

  • Owners of family homes and larger cottages who require a reliable supply of drinking or utility water for household use (toilet flushing, laundry, showering).
  • Owners of gardens and properties equipped with automatic irrigation systems. The vessel ensures stable pressure required for proper sprinkler operation and prevents frequent pump cycling during short irrigation cycles.

Capacity 200–500 l: Larger solution for commercial and industrial applications

  • Operators of guesthouses, smaller accommodation facilities, and apartment buildings where a continuous water supply is required for multiple water outlets simultaneously. The larger capacity compensates for peak water demand when several outlets are used at the same time.
  • Farmers and agricultural operators who need to provide water for livestock, greenhouse irrigation, or technological processes.
  • Industrial facilities and commercial buildings with extensive water distribution systems that require a robust and highly reliable solution.
  • High-pressure applications: suitable for systems requiring exceptional durability.

Features and Benefits

  • Maximum pump protection: reduces the number of starts, helping to protect the pump motor and mechanical components.
  • Replaceable EPDM bladder: separates water from air and the vessel walls, preventing corrosion and ensuring hygienic operation.
  • Serviceability: the bladder can be easily replaced when worn, eliminating the need to purchase a new vessel.
  • Integrated pressure gauge (selected models): enables visual monitoring of system pressure.

Key Parameters

  • Capacity: 24 l to 500 l.
  • Maximum working pressure: 10 bar.
  • Operating temperature: -10 °C to +100 °C.
  • Connection: 1" or 5/4", depending on the model.
  • Material: Steel vessel with an EPDM rubber bladder.

Versions

  • Horizontal (24, 50, 80, 100 l)
  • Vertical (35, 50, 80 l; with pressure gauge – 100, 200, 300, 500 l)
  • The 35 l vessel is supplied without feet and is intended for wall mounting.
  • Vessels from 50 l to 500 l are equipped with support feet.

Suitability and Limitations

A detailed specification of prohibited uses and improper handling is provided in the enclosed Installation and Operating Manual, which forms part of the vessel documentation.

Commissioning, Installation and Maintenance

Relevant information is provided in the enclosed Installation and Operating Manual, which forms part of the vessel documentation.

Availability of Spare Parts and Accessories

The bladder can be easily replaced when worn, so there is no need to purchase a complete new vessel if it becomes damaged. To order a replacement bladder, simply select your specific vessel model on our website and open the Accessories section, where you will find the exact matching bladder type as well as other compatible components.
