A pressure booster pump is a device used to supply buildings with drinking water from their own source – typically a well or borehole. It can be used wherever there is no public water supply: in family homes, cottages, and chalets.
How to choose the right pressure booster pump?
The choice of the appropriate type depends primarily on the height between the suction point and the water level
- Up to 8 meters (including losses in the horizontal part of the pipeline), a pressure booster pump with a surface pump is sufficient. A suction basket with a check valve and, if necessary, dry-running protection is placed in the well.
- For greater depths, we recommend a pressure booster pump with a submersible pump, which is installed directly in the well or borehole and can effectively pump water even from greater depths.
What types of pressure booster pump do we offer?
