The self-priming pump SVA from the manufacturer Sigma Hranice is designed for pumping drinking and utility water up to 90 °C without mechanical impurities. They are small pumps for a wide range of needs, especially suitable in domestic waterworks, in permanent settlements and cottages, for spraying gardens. In the version with mechanical seal, it is also used for pumping Class I - IV combustibles. It can also be used for pumping oils up to a certain viscosity.

The SVA series pumps are rotary, horizontal, self-priming pumps designed for direct connection to a drive motor.
When viewed from the motor side, the SVA series pumps are left-handed (i.e., the shaft rotation is counterclockwise).
SVA series pumps are primarily designed for pumping clean water without mechanical impurities up to a temperature of 90°C. They are mainly used as part of domestic water supply systems in family homes and cottages, for garden irrigation and wherever the suction head, including resistance, does not exceed 8 m.
With a special mechanical seal, the pumps can also be used to pump flammable liquids of classes I to IV or oils with a maximum kinematic viscosity of 37 mm2.s-1.
To ensure 100% functionality of the mechanical seal, do not use a check valve on the discharge side! Since the entire suction pipe is under pressure up to the suction basket, we recommend installing pumps with mechanical seals wherever the suction pipe is new, ideally plastic. If water containing deposits (e.g. hard water with a high mineral content or ferrous water) is pumped, we do not recommend the use of pumps with mechanical seals!
Deposits significantly reduce the service life of mechanical seals and in these cases it is more reliable to use pumps with a rope seal.
LM-075-1: foot-mounted pump with mechanical seal – solo with free shaft end.
