Construction SDX

Submersible pumps for deep wells 4” (DN 100 mm), 6” (DN 150 mm), 8” (DN 200 mm).
4, 6, 8 SDX: with outer jacket and stages made of steel 1.4301 EN 10088 (AISI 304).
6, 8 SDXL: with outer jacket and stages made of 1.4401 EN 10088 (AISI 316).

Impellers

• Radial impellers:
  - 4SDX 1-2-3-5-8, 6SDXL 18
• mixed flow impellers:- 4SDX 12, 6SDX 16-28-45-60, 8SDX 77-95- 6SDXL 30-46-65, 8SDXL 78-97
• Connection: Threaded Rp 11/4, 11/2, 2”, 21/2, 3”, 4”, 5”
• Delivery casing with built-in non-return valve.

Applications

• For water supply systems.
• For civil and industrial applications.
• For fire fighting applications.
• For irrigation.

Operating conditions

• Liquid temperature:
  
  • 35 °C for 4SDX
  • 30 °C for 6SDX
  • 60 °C for 8SDX
  • 90 °C for SDXL.
• Maximum amount of sand in the water:
  - 50 g/m3 per 4SDX, 6SDX, 8SDX
  - 100 g/m3 for SDXL.
• Continuous duty.

Designation

• Example: 6 SDX L 30 / 17 6SM
• 6 = Well diameter in inches
• SDX = Series
• L = Design made of 1.4401 EN 10088 (AISI 316)
• 30 = Stage identification
• 17 = Number of stages
• 6SM = Motor flange coupling
• The electropumps comply with the European Regulation no. 547/2012.
